Our FX Webinar program in 2024 features new additions to the program. For the first time in our series Dr Marcia Braden PhD will present on Fragile X syndrome and autism spectrum disorder and several webinars will address planning for the future for a child or adult with Fragile X syndrome.

DR MARCIA BRADEN PHD
Dr Marcia Braden PhD is a licensed psychologist and former educator based in the US, and internationally known for her knowledge of traits associated with Fragile X syndrome. Dr Braden will present several webinars/Q&A events in 2024 including:

Dr Braden will discuss the similarities and differences between Fragile X syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder and strategies to support success in daily living.

In this presentation Margaret will explain Special Disability Trusts (SDT) as an option for persons with a more complex disability. This webinar will provide information as to: how to determine whether a SDT is appropriate; assessing eligibility; advantages & limitations; fund limits; the impact of asset and income testing; how to set up, operate and end a SDT; and some wider estate planning considerations.
