Adam lives in Sydney with his wife Charlotte and their teenage son Joshua who was diagnosed with Fragile X syndrome and Autism when he was two. After completing a Bachelor of Economics degree Adam worked at Qantas for 24 years in commercial planning, strategy and operational roles.

Adam has a financial planning and insights role at Hireup, an NDIS online platform that enables people with a disability to find the right support workers for them. He is a passionate disability advocate and would like to help improve the outcomes of people in the Fragile X community and the effectiveness of the NDIS. He enjoys taking the dog to the beach with the family, golf, skiing, and travel.  Adam was re-appointed to the Board at the AGM on 21 November 2021.
