Adam lives in Sydney with his wife Charlotte and their teenage son Joshua who was diagnosed with Fragile X syndrome and Autism when he was two. After completing a Bachelor of Economics degree Adam worked at Qantas for 24 years in commercial planning, strategy and operational roles.

Adam has also worked for four years in a financial planning and analytics role at Hireup, an NDIS online platform that enables people with a disability to find the right support workers for them. He is a passionate disability advocate and would like to help improve the outcomes of people in the Fragile X community and the effectiveness of the NDIS. Adam was first appointed to the Board at the AGM in October 2019 and was re-appointed at the Annual General Meeting on 23 November 2025. Adam has served as Treasurer since 2019.
