All participants in these forums will need to understand that there is potential legal liability for publishing material including for indefensible defamatory material about identifiable people or for negligent misstatements.

The Association makes forums available through this website on the basis that it has no liability for any material posted. Any user posting or contributing material or information accepts all liability whatsoever in respect of the preparation or publication of material and indemnifies the Association against any such liability.
